Penguin Solitaire

The game begins with dealing 49 cards to the tableau, arranged as 7 stacks of 7 cards each. All cards are dealt face up. Three cards of one rank are dealt to the foundations to determine the starting rank (Five in Figure). The remaining card of the starting rank (the “beak”) is dealt first to the left tableau column.

The object of the game is to arrange the cards up in suit into four foundations.

You can build tableau columns down in suit. When building tableau piles, you can move one card or a block of cards forming the tableau sequence.

Empty tableau spaces can be filled with cards one rank below the starting rank (Fours, in Figure).

You can move free cards to the reserve. Each reserve cell can hold only one card.
